Your area. Your control room. Your team.
PanicZA gives your watch its own dispatch operation — a live map of every panic alert inside your boundary, staffed by operators you choose. Nothing is pooled, nothing is shared with other organisations.
What your watch gets
Your own boundary
Draw your coverage area directly on a map. From that moment, every panic triggered inside it routes to your dashboard — and only yours. Residents don't pick a provider; the system routes by where they're standing.
Your own operators
Add dispatcher accounts for your team yourself — no waiting on us. Assign each operator their own section of your area so big watches can split the load, while you as admin always see everything.
A live dispatch dashboard
Alerts appear on a live map the second they're triggered, with the resident's name, address, medical info and moving location. An audible siren plays until an alert is acknowledged. Acknowledge, dispatch, resolve — the resident's phone reflects each step instantly.
Complete separation
Each watch is an independent tenant. Your alerts, your residents' details, and your operators are visible to your organisation alone — never to neighbouring watches.
Getting set up
From application to live coverage in four steps — most of it in your own hands.
-
Submit your registration
Fill in the short registration form — your watch's name, a contact person, email and phone number. No account needed to apply.
-
We review and approve
Every watch is vetted before activation. Once approved, your admin account is created and you'll receive an email to set your password.
-
Draw your boundary
Sign in and outline your coverage area on the map. The moment you save it, panics inside your boundary start routing to you.
-
Add your operators
Create accounts for your dispatchers and assign each one a section of your area to monitor. You always retain full visibility of the whole boundary as admin.
Put your watch on the map
Registration takes two minutes. Your community's panic button starts working the day your boundary goes live.
